Chances are good when you meet me you’ll ask, “Why Real Estate?" Funny you should ask! All my professional experience has been about solving problems and helping people. For many years it was with various banking positions, but I’ve always been involved in real estate in one way or another. From my years at Capp Homes, to mortgage banking, to my husband’s architectural design firm, and on to my latest home flipping ventures… building and housing have always been an important part of my life.
Chances are good when you meet me you’ll ask, “Isn’t this a bad time to be in Real Estate Sales”? I say it’s the best time for honest, hardworking, full-time agents to shine! I believe that succeeding in sales is about outserving your competition in the best interest of your customer.
Chances are good when you meet me you'll say I look familiar, that you've met me before, somewhere. For one thing I've lived and worked around here forever. It's where I belong.
After we meet I hope that you will say that I'm someone good to know, good to ask questions or just to talk to. I hope you will say that I listen when you're talking and that I understand your goals and objectives in selling your home or finding you a new one. I won't apologize for the truth even if it's not what you wanted to hear, and I'll watch closely to see that no important bits of your real estate transaction manage to slip by unnoticed. We'll get all the pieces gathered up on time.
